Nope, this almost never happens. It seems to me that you made quite a connection with the escort in question and she's been unable to get you out of her mind since your meeting.

I'd say you're hardly the only one she texted, but I'd take it that she thought you were an ok client and wouldn't mind seeing you again.

This is very unusual and for discretion reasons not something escorts usually do at all.
It has happened to me a couple of times with escorts that I got on particular well with, they were just letting me know they were back. Although to be honest I didn't really appreciate the text!!

Some escorts do this to increase business, she will have saved the numbers of those clients who visited her in that area & has obviously texted those that she has met before, you will not be the only one she has texted. I doubt very much that it has anything to with getting on well more of a business tactic.
