Ironically if the "Swedish model" to criminalize clients comes in, I wouldn't be surprised if rates go up for established escorts. Given the risk involved to punters, most may choose stick with established escorts rather than chancing being caught in a police sting operation.

• Clients having to endure a greater share of the risk(s), including blackmail.
• More intense competition between agencies and independents.
• Potentially the same fine if you get caught, whether you spend €200 on an Indie or €100 on a battered girl chained to a brothel bed.
• Potential for corruption (as has occurred in Sweden), Gardai turn blind eye to X's brothel but raid Independent Y, clients therefore feel safer using brothel than Independents.
• No incentive for the Client to "behave" or treat escort with respect.

Perhaps going off topic, or maybe back on (who knows at this time of night), but there is a case for adjusting the price bands. Think that there was a similar and long thread about this some time ago. Given that the majority of girls advertise € 100 or less for 30 mins then maybe an additional price point at € 70 could usefully be inserted.
