actually it is very simple what i said... when somebody modifys the profile (photos etc), the staff have a button to give the approval, so till they don`t give the ok, no changes and no photos till the next day when e-i approves. simple something like here in the forum... when u make a new profile, u can`t post till the staff don`t approve. if i explain myself :-s

i never said they have to work more, i said only if they don`t work, no changes on photos and like this, porn photos will be eliminated
