Not really.
The idea of escort mods has been proposed a few times, including by me. The objection, which seems reasonable enough, is that escorts are too easy for crazy people to find, and the boards do seem to attract crazy people. That's a problem even when they're just posting, and would be more of a problem if they were modding.
