Default What happened to the 'h'?

I'm not going to fib, I noticed a while back that you guys seem to have lost your 'h', but it's not all the time, so why is it that you drop the 'h' with some words, but not others?

    What's it all about Alfie!!!!!

The TH sound does not exist in Irish. Thats why you have Ratfarnham, thanks, tink and so on. There is no representation for it.
