I appreciate that some clients have taken the time to review our meetings, but I've never asked for one, nor would I. It smacks of a desperate need to be popular.. something I don't care about LOL

I doubt if its anything to do with being popular per se. I'd say its more about the perception that good reviews= better buisness and therefore more money .

I think should simply be a nice gesture if you enjoyed someone's company, and hopefully it's a helpful recommendation for the lady which others can see and use to make a decision. I naively mentioned it in the past, but it's not something to be used as a bargaining chip or something to hold over someone. It really shouldn't matter in that way at all.

Good reviews, agreed. Not quantity of reviews though. In my experience, that makes no difference.
Maybe the girls asking for reviews want to win escort of the month - Things like that are important to some.
