Love em, or hate em , the mods/managers do a vital job.
Ask others who have been involved in other non moderated escorting sites, and I'm sure they'll agree.
It is imposssible for the mods/ managers to please everyone (if not anyone).
But i for one am happy and thankful for their existence, even if I don't agree with all their decisions.
The day this forum becomes unmoderated is the day I leave the forum.

There is still a lot of abuse and bullying, except it is made sure that it is not so obvious.
Personally I was never really bothered by it as anyone who slanders an escort anonymously on the internet is just pathetic in my eyes and doesn't deserve my attention. With mods and managers its a different story as they have actual powers and can truly interfere with business/advertising, so for myself, I was happier when there was less moderation. It was definitely more fun where everyone would get what they deserve
Thats just my opinion but honestly, I don't care either way. It is not my forum so why get bothered. We cannot control the world or believe that we ourselves know better how others should conduct their business.
