Mods and Managers do help a lot to members( escorts and clients) on boards. Mostly this help is done behind the scenes.
I think majority of people posting here know that. No matter what people say about E-I, there are people here who do care and offer help and patient ear when it is needed.
That is something that cannot be dismissed.
Moderating threads is a very superficial and only a small percentage of our work here.
I am enough long on this boards to see a difference between now and then. 3 years ago whole scene was different. Escorts were working in better economic situaton and punters werent facing incriminalisation law.
I am not saying which period of time was better cos times were different. I think it is unfair to compare both past and present. This boards is changing all the time, posters are changing.
I think it is all quite positive.

the ladoooooo is right (I know Im amazed as well). I remember back when the only mods were E-I staff namely Patricia and Natasha. They had other things to do and obviously couldnt mod the place all the time. Mods were and are needed, no doubt about that.
The trouble is over time, some people started abusing the mod and reporting stuff. To give one eg, one guy would start with me on the forums and when he get upset he would report me then. Now fair enough reporting but starting something and then reporting it when you feel like you havnt much left is bs.
I guess some would want a mods team who will be there and enforce rules when they need them but be lenient when they dont need them. You cant have it every way.

Ok in all seriousness... It is human nature that without any form of authority, that everything would run riot. That happens anyway but it would increase exponentially in the absence of rule enforcers. Ok I've said enough now.
