Thread: the time has come . help needed to get into the gym

    Mix it up! Instead of long boring gym sessions, do 20 minute bike rides and jogs and raquet sports and swims and rows and paddles and lots of different work outs. It works for me.

    thank you all. disappointed that no-one seems to have a good formula to make solo gym work interesting and enjoyable.

    I'll let you know how I get on after I get into it, or at least try to !

    Im really only getting back into it myself, Its hard but what I find hardest is getting up from bed before 2pm lol If i could get up around 10am then It would be easier

    yeah its a pain in the ass put on muscle but you have to eat alot and get fat, or be skinny but have no muscle really, hard getting the balance and i was 9 stone no fuckin way i want to be that again haha, or have great genetics look like a tank and lift nothing haha
