Before i bollocked my knee up, i was at the gym 5-6 times a week, even some weeks 7.
I love the idea of pushing myself to achieve different goals.
Fitness is also not just down to gym work, eating is a big part of it to, you can love the gym and be the most dedicated person at it but if you eat like shit then your wasting your time.
If it is just fitness you want and not bulking up muscles then there is a million things you can do and alot of them don't require a gym.
Skipping, cycling, running are all excellant ways to do it and non require a gym.
Key is to start small, don't overdo it at the start and think you need to run a certain amount.
Increase after about 2 weeks or when it becomes to easy and you don't feel too exhausted from it
Also you are recommended to take 3 days working out, 4 days rest. The idea is when running you are tearing muscle and the days you arnt running is letting it repair.
Its been awhile since iv been able to train, hence my fitness is poor because of injury but im hoping that i will be able to start again soon
