well we brazilian are obsessed with our teeth so I usually brush 3\4 times a day mainly after meals....

Seriously though, I drink a lot of tea so I tend to brush my teeth a lot also to try avoid staining..

one time in the morning and one time before going to sleep,in the day time i always take mouthwash...and go to the dentist every 2 mounths

Twice a day is about right, sometimes thrice. Wildly drunken Saturday Night/Sunday Mornings are usually when I'm either too drunk to care or too drunk to remember would be the only time I don't. I always wake up with my mouth feeling pretty horrible.

Twice a day or after each time I eat or drink anything sugary or with garlic. I floss regularly too and use mouth wash. The dentist only needs to see me every nine months because my teeth or in good health, but I still prefer every six months for a clean and a polish.

Even though not Brazilian 3 times a day Sassa,if you want a really clean feel to your mouth,mix a little bread soda to your tooth paste.
