Nope, I've a terrible diet, if I cook my own food 2 times a week that would be most, all other days it's takeaway
The crazy thing is I cook most days for the family but growing up I always had my main mean at lunch time (1pm) so I still go to a local pub or restaurant to have a meal at that time.
My partner on the other hand always had her main meal at 6pm so that is the way she has the rest of the family now, so I cook for them and get myself a snack at that time..

when they say Chinese food, i think the traditional soups and noodles
are what they mean and not the 'Chinese' that we first think of.
