I use to get school reports were teachers referred to me as 'pleasant'.
I never offered the type of service Rubina provides , I managed to get the results I got from other means

Therefore I dont think pleasant is the word. A person who smiles and says a warm hello to you in the street can come across as pleasant.
Rubina is not just pleasant for she smiles and says a warm hello and before you know it you have your pants off !

I probably earn less today than I used spend on ladies. But I'll do without, rather than ask a lady to drop her nickers for less than 100(freebies excepted). I'f I get a nice relaxed hour for 160 I'll take it, but the minimum I'll pay is 100.

I suppose if she doesn't tour shes probally less busy than she would be in other towns and also less chance of a few extra hours or an odd dinner date so she probally has to change her rates
