Too much of most things is bad, including cannabis, but moderation in most things is fine, including cannabis.

On a sidenote, there are journos reading this thread, and a link between escorting and drug use would make a juicy story.

"Fantastic" I hear you all say!!!

Well, sorry, but the modifications have dramatically decreased the natural anti psychotic properties that natural cannabis has, therefore resulting in people having far more immediate psychotic effects.

where is your proof? form the garda who claimed a mate of mine weed was worth 200e when it was half a fifty bag he was caught with? the papers? hse findings?

    This.

It isn't the 'Easy Rider' weed a lot of people are wanting. They are wanting mad stuff to get them annihilated (Not what Cannabis was ever about) And once you taking this stuff, then the 'it doesn't do any harm' argument is being puked down the toilet

After all, people want what they can't have.
I'm not sure it would. There are so many different types and strengths. Would they legalise all types, would they control how much you can buy in one go, as they do paracetamol? Either way, I think there will be restrictions and restrictions mean that there will still be a black market for certain strengths or types. I can't imagine that they would make a blanket announcement that it's all now legal as one category and you're free to buy as much as you want.

Oh, I agree, wasn't saying it was everyone who smokes weed. But, just the percentage who will always want harder stuff, to push the boundaries (In reply to Samlad's comment)

I like the Cafe scheme...people can do it there, not harming anyone.

yes percentage would u say the greater percentage seeks this? or the much much lesser?

and maybe u need to moderate ur facebook, im not a friend whore tho

its funny mousey making a connection between sex industry and drugs industry

there not that connect but are in some cases simple becomes society has pushed them underground

meaning girls need protection and protection cost money now, and to be good at protection u need power and power is often money, intimadation and fear, people will use people

make it legal u remove alot of that, make it as such u remove it form the bad guys violent crimnals and gang and give it to well lesser evil of the goverment to regulate it cleans it up

dnt use amsterdam as an example but places like new zealand who i think also have relaxed laws on cannabis too not posative there btw
and austriala parts let u grow weed

the amsterdam model was always opened to abuse imho,

the only connection between sex drugs trafficking etc is simple there a crimnal element as it wnt go away society will seek it but because its illegal its blackmarket

that and men got involved in the sex industry and fucked it up but thats a different arguement

but what percentage of the weed is like this now for sale, and how did he get that statics?

or did he just get a sample and test it

out of 100 smokers how many where smoking this, if it now flooding the streets? as i said i wudnt go by garda sezuires

im very picky wat i buy as i dnt want it sprayed, so are my mates

of course the fact that u need to buy it form unsavoury types unless u know someone who just growing a few plants, allows this abuse and strengtens the arguement to have reputable and regulated outlets to buy doesnt it?

and most people i know dnt wanna be whacked out of it, i think yer watching too much jermey kyle

u cannot dictate what a small percentage does, on something as a whole

like the sex industry and trafficking needs to be a seperate issue

No idea if it the majority or minority, and I'm not going to pull figures out of the air. But I know that tastes have changed, and that a lot of old potheads describe the new stuff as 'muck' which they would never touch. But as I said, no figures.

So Sao...what system would you like in place? Would you want any kind of weed legal, or would you want the hardcore stuff kept banned?

While you answer, I will go and do a Facebook cull

I need to google to get more facts, but this has been medically and scientically proven that some strains of hybid plants by increasing the THC negate the other natural properties of the plant. It depends on which species you start out with and cross to get the hybrid. These can increase psychosis in users. Other hybrids have a different effect, a much calmer high.
