Really depends on the lady, if she had something to begin with then they tend to feel batter as they put them in behind the existing boob. If she had nothing then they really can look good but feel terrible. It also depends on body temp, depending on the ladies body temp they can feel soft and natural or harder and unnatural especially with silicone implants.. Either way I prefer them to look good rather than feel good and if that involves implants then fine.

I don't really mind once they aren't blown up so much that they're ridiculous.
