40 previous convictions and still living life up. Working as a courier no less, coming into contact with vulnerable people and their property on a daily basis.
If it was some of the ladies from here he was dealing with in that situation he'd regret ever having produced the knife. She struggled and managed to snatch the knife away before fleeing the house semi-naked.

I would not blame his council he's just playing his / her part in the merry go round that is our legal system. Our legal system is so outdated that the criminals know the law better than some of the Guards who arrest them. When you look at the number of garda man hours wasted as they stand in court waiting for the case to come up on the list. There has to be a better way of
serving justice that the one we use at present.

Just puts into perspective what the ladies on here have to deal with daily in their jobs, always having to be on guard
because they never know what kind of nutter or scumbag they are going to get through the door.I do hope incidents
like this are isolated and that through a site like E-I the escorts have a chance to get to know clients a little better
before a meeting, and that it offers a chance to meet a better class of client.

Is it customary for compensation to alter the outcome of sentencing?
Money can never help this woman build up her confidence and trust in people again, but it seems as though he thinks that if he can offer £6000 everything will be made better...
Since I'm not a local I don't understand the differences between our legal system (where the perpetrators can't offer compensation) and the Irish system, can anyone explain this to me?
