no not really

im only a young guy and i can fire rockets when having a sneaky pull

haha but when im with a lady its so frustrating it just dont work sometimes lol

In very general lines, yes.

But in reality it depends really on a lot of factors, not just age, factors such as: level of stress, general health level, genetics, what you eat, how rested you are, if you have any mental reserves against what you're doing, how attractive you find your partner and so on ... so it's very hard to be specific and people can be so different.
