Exactly and surely to further their cause they would publish the cases themselves or make them availible for public access to check the figuers stack up

    Surely thast just scaremongering,

There is a massive difference between prostituion and pedohillia , lumping them in together is just wrong
I agree, it is totally wrong, but I can see why and individual Guard would do it at the coal face, and we would probably do it too:
"Anything else we can throw at this slimeball to keep him off the streets? Trafficking? Sounds good, how long can we get him for that?"

But it really DOES feck with the stats...

This is where they are playing games, the KNOW they have a cast iron excuse *not* to identify cases (when it comes to minors it would be illegal to do so).

So they can make up any statistic they like. This is why I have never believed NGOs with a vested interest should be involved in the collation of statistics...they make 'em up to suit themselves...and that literally helps no-one.

Yup just like their counterpart, they are trying to muddy the waters by tying in sex work legislation with child porstitution and trafficking!!

Thankfullly the "discussion document" acknowledges the need to separate both given the already existing legislation against child sexual offences and trafficking.

And who do they think are the best police against child exploitation and trafficking, the guards. They can't enforce the laws against using a mobile phone whilst driving and that is something done in the open.
No, the best police are the client themselves which will not happen if they are made to be a criminal.

How do you go about making a complaint to the Advertising Standards Agency? Is your name and address made public?
