    Talking Oil pulling

    Oil pulling
Introduced to this activity 2 weeks ago and have had positive results. Mainly pinker gums and tongue, teeth are definitely whiter but the most visual is the brightness in my eyes. Energy levels are high and I generally feel great.
Has any one else much experience of this and what type of oil do you use.

On a related topic, anyone into blood letting?

... Oil pulling sounds very odd. Can't see how it couldn't be a bad thing really? It's surely unsafe and unhealthy?

Apologies should have explained the process. In short it is a form of detoxifying the body. You swish a tbls spoon of oil around your mouth for 20mins to "pull"" the toxins from your body into the oil which is then spat out at the end of the 20 mins.
The oil will have changed colour and subsistence as it absorbs the toxins.
I was sceptic at first but now a firm beliver in this process.
Below is a link which explains it in more detail along with the possible cures.
