Regulars tend to come back around once a month. so each one represents 12 visits. That's 18 men (225 visits) 25% come back around 3 times a year, then the 25% that return around 4 times per year is another 28 men, leaving 112 that I may only see once. We're actually talking 152 men approx per year of which 112 do not get CIM and owo at my discretion.
