The law is pretty clear on this. If you meet a woman, living in her own apartment and if she agrees to have sex with you and is over 18 you are not breaking the law. I hate the "P" word but Prostitution is not illegal. Soliciting is, Pimping is, running a brothol is, Brothol = House/ apartment where two are working together. Living off the earnings of another who is paid for sex is illegal.
So if you meet a lady in her apartment or your hotel room and get it on, its not illegal with or without a transfer of cash.

The police forces north and south are looking to catch those who are trafficing for sex and running organised brothols. I am 100% sure that if any of the girls on this site became aware of another who was trafficked they would try to help her. As clients I'm also sure that the vast majority of us would, if we had the slightest concern that the woman we were with was not there of her own free will would stop the encounter and try to help her. An anomymous call to police etc. Truth is the escorts and clients here are the best allies the law inforcers have in stamping out illegal trafficing of persons for prostitution.

I remember the first time I met an escort I actually asked her if she was there of her own free will. She smiled and said thanks for asking.. I love sex!
