    Question A spoonfull of sugar

As Mary Poppins said, 'A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down'.

What do you do to lift your mood when you're feeling down?

Oh and preferably the non food options please, as I think we're all capable of hitting the biscuit barrel for comfort. That's too easy.

It depends on the mood, if it's bad beyond challenge I'd just sit it out and have a lazy day. If it's not that bad, make myself go to the gym and by the time you come out of there you feel much better.

Ohh I love Mary Poppins she was my hero when i was a child. xxx I just bought a few days ago the 45 years anniversary dvd

When I am feeling down i'm thinking of my two adorable cats (that i miss so much) and my future house in the caribbean. And sometimes when i am feeling down i just go to have a walk alone, and if it is sunny than my day becomes brighter, the sun is one of the most important factor in my life

    I kill someone.

Mind you, I am running out of old relatives now and considering moving onto posters, so if you are feeling really down we could help each other out
If life gives you lemons ask for Tequila

Why didn't you say so? I'll add you as the sole beneficiary of my Will as well so further down the line you can have my half of the estate.
