iTunes Help

I have purchased lots of music over the years and it's all been downloaded onto different machines depending on which one I was using at the time. Some of them are now in laptop heaven. Does anybody know if I can download previously purchased items onto a different machine?
If the other laptops were still alive I could do it with Home Sharing but there appears to be no other option for retrieving.
I can log into my account I can see them all in the purchase history but see no option to download them.
If I look at iTunes store and search an item which I have previously purchased, it shows up as already purchased and there is not even an option to buy it again.
Frustrated!

You probably just have to upgrade your Itunes to over 10.3 (current version 10.6) and you will be able to do this.

Hey Mrs Thatcher

Thanks - I managed to sort it out by de-authorising all computers on the account and then authorising only this one. All the purchases showed up but also with an option to download them. x

OF COURSE...there is limit on number of computers you can authorise...6 or 8 I think? Glad you sorted!
