It's never made any difference or had an repercussions.
If an escort asks you.a "personal" question do you tell the truth or lie?
I don't really ask questions like that. I wouldn't like to make someone uncomfortable. If someone volunteers information, that is different.

An understandable view point indeed. But how can you go through life trusting nobody ? Example - you get hit by a train and you refuse life saving treatment because you don't trust the doctor.

My point being that I think trust is earned. In the case of the doctor I think you trust her because she's been through a gizillion years of medical training and should know what she's doing. Further to that you must trust the health authority employing her to work in the hospital as having vetted her properly. And you must trust the manufacturer of the drugs she pumps into you to not have made a mistake.

There are significant chains of trust in life and they're unavoidable. Trust is very important. When trust is broken it is very damaging which can lead to the "trust nobody" phrase. Unfortunately we have no option but to have our trust broken sometimes because life without trust is impossible.

I didn't have anyone specific in mind Lucy, and like I said it's never been a problem.

Oh, I didn't think you meant me, you kind of know there usually isn't time to ask questions

Seriously though, as an escort you have to have a good repertoire in light conversation. Marital status and work is a bit of a no no. You do have clients you build a trust with but I would always prefer to know nothing at all that may worry someone later for any reason.

Yep, they all lie to James. Phrases like, ''it's not a problem'', and ''don't worry, it happens to everyone''

I don't lie no matter what the conversation turns to but I might be a little bit vague. I won't be geographically too specific on my work location or exactly where I come from but I won't concoct a whole spiel either.
