I'm 45 and go out on my bicycle 2 or 3 times a week for a couple of hours. I think you should take it up. Exercise is a great thing, helps when you have a young lady too.

I have got a bike and have started training for the ring of kerry charity cylcle in July, i will be 50 in august and probably certifiable, lol
