If I were you I would start by taking a quarter and only increase the dosage if you find that is not enough the first time. Yes I would tell her, as it can impact on the booking and you might not have as much stamina as it looks like you have lol, so you could be left ragged. If I were you, especially on the first time. Explain it is the first time you have used it and you are experimenting, that way she will ask you if you are ok and if you are happy and if you need a break etc, instead of assuming you still ready to go, because it looks that way.

You will also note (if you don't already know). You won't automatically get hard the second you take it. It takes a little while to kick in and then you have to be horny for it to work. I tried it a couple of times, ye it's great but next morning I always I had what felt like a whopper of a hangover all day. The time I took a 100mg tab I felt like absolute shit even that night before I went to bed and all through the next day, half a tab isn't so bad, tried Cialis also, the prescription kind and not the stuff you get abroad or over the internet, it had absolutely no effect on me, might aswell have taken a smarty..

While I fully appreciate you're an old man and have been there, done that, you weren't in my house when the 16hour hard on would not go away. So James, you don't know it all, with age does come wisdom but we're always learning. People are different, just because that didn't happen to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen to anybody. I was taking anti depressants at one time and the side effect was a reduction in the libido. I was ok to get a hard on once in a one hour appt but thats all.
