Maybe we could give the little fella a break. This the way many guys doing it in this country. Some will never grow the balls to make a decision and act upon it without messing other people around.
I call it a pain in the neck and consider it a sign of no respect however that might not be correct. Maybe it's just a sign of low confidence and absolute unawareness of the way one affects others around himself by his actions.
Obviously, it works for some. Perhaps we should let them to it.
