Bit late for this now I know.

There is no real escort sence in Rome. I lived there for a while. There is of course escorts. But the local ones will charge a fortune and try rip you off you don't speak the lingo. Around by Termini there a lot of eastern Europeans streetwalkers on one side and trannys over the other. I was told about some club/bar around there that was meant to be decent for picking up escorts. I passed by it 100's of times but never went in as I just thouggt it was just another bar. I'm over there again in a couple of months again, so might check it out

Like here the Asian massage has kicked off over there. Though like here it's more bad than good.

Don't have any direct experience but Italy is supposedly a pretty poor destination for punting.

What information there is on any given destination is generally on this site but by the looks of things the escort scene does not rank highly amongst Rome's many fantastic attractions.
