music downloads

Hi all, any advice on what is the best site for downloading music in Ireland? I have tried Amazon, but this is confined to UK residents only. Any help would be much appreciated.

I just get my music of youtube convert it onto a file and then onto a cd,prob takes longer that way, i normally get an album done in about 30mins.

Dont like using utorrent etc
