i personally think that mers entry was so damn crazy and good it kinda put people off tryin to better it. i myself just couldnt match it and found myself just copying his idea.

Seems a bit harsh, those that entered put a bit of effort and even with the few entries, it was still a tough decision to pick the winner. I'd have picked Mer or Rover's entry.

Perhaps for future competitions, should add a rule indicating the required minimum numbert of entries

Totally agree Rodders that there was a lot of time and effort put in by the entrants and yes good idea to state the required minimum number of entries for future competitions. Thanks for that.
