Everyone takes different roads with this, for me I just went cold turkey, I find that's to only way I can deal with something ie hit it head on,
I know others who done the patches, electric fags, etc, for me I would suggest you give them up the way that worked for you, no matter what way you give them up, get ready to keep yourself busy, this will help you out big time , busy, busy, busy, give yourself no time to think about them,
Best of luck, remember one day at a time, then they become weeks and they become months
