Hi All, well has anyone any news, love to hear if someone managed to give them up???

Well i have an update, i am still off the fags, i think its now 71 days,, on firday i got through what i could never get over before, THE PINT!!!!! went out all day friday about 12 hours drinking, and managed to stay of them, i have now got over the hurdle i always fell down on, its forward for me, as far as i am concerned now i am a non smoking, well fucking done to me, first time i really ever gave myslf a pat on the back, but one big reason to,

Kate my love, i have killed it, drinking was always my downfall, i seen it as drinking and smoking, i stayed of the drink for the 69 days hoping the longer i was off the fags the easier it would be to have a beer and not smoke, for me i was right, thats it the dirty, nasty, habit is gone, i am healthy or will be lol!!! and have a lot more cash to spend on my kids, in the 71 days i would have spent just over a grand,

My Mum was very much a social drinker and a social smoker. I know she found it hard not to smoke if she had a drink in her hand and I'm glad to say that she hasn't smoked now for a good 15 years. If you can get past that, you can get past anything. The benefits speak for themselves really don't they. Wow, what a saving!

Ah the creep, you have to keep your gaurd up at all times, we have to remember it is a drug, i seen a write up on smoking, here is the top line,s, 1 million an hour is spent on advertisement, and for every 1 person who stops smoking 2 people start, cray numbers,
