I read bit more of her blog and I'm horrified that such crap can be presented as the norm. It's all just vindictive bullshit from someone who never had a normal work experience nor a normal relationship, so she has no perspective and blames everything on escorting, while the problem is much wider.
It made me very sad, that such deluded people are listened to like they were experts.
I wish the best to the lady, but I also wish she will be able to look at the stories of other ladies and realize, what harm she is causing by painting all the various experiences people have in escorting just with her own negative brush.
I'm very sad because of the whole thing.

So Anna Are you adding Psychoanalysis to your list of Favourities...i think you need to finish reading as you seem to have missed a bit....she is hardly deluded....And she isnt blaming it all on escorting...it you read, she says she suffered CSA.

I think in fairness to this lady she has portrayed things that perhaps took a lot of courage from her to do. Who are we to judge her opinion. While I may not agree with what she has written as I have a very different mind frame I in some ways can empathise with her. I think certain individuals whatever their occupation end up in this position where they are taken advantage of not exactly because they are weak just because they are more highly emotionally strung and perhaps certain things affect them more than they would others. I think her reasons for becoming an escort were part of the reason she had such an awful trying time. I must say I think she is brave being able to talk about this and I hope that talking helps her find the peace she is obviously looking for in her life. I have never believed it good to suppress emotions as then there will be an outburst imho this is the thing i think that this lady has spent alot of her time doing suppressing feelings and not looking after the innerself we all have one of those and in order to have balance we should always take care of that part of us....
Basically whoever reads this blog will feel deeply sad for this lady as I do, well I would hope so as that would mean we are human. However it is an opinion that has been deeply thought about and well expressed it does not mean that every escort feels the same and shares the same opinion about various things, I for one do not agree with what she has written but I can in a heartfelt way sympathise with her for having such a troubling life...

To confirm, as it appears I may have caused wrong information, as far as I know Dublin Call Girl was never advertised here. We knew her as a message board user who stated she was an escort, not as a customer who paid for a profile. Yes, during her escorting life she has had experiences which are disturbing and soul-destroying. And I feel very sorry for her and the fact that she did not feel the empowerment she hoped for or be able to take charge when the situation was bad.
But, I do think her blog is written with the zeal of a new convert - just as when someone starts smoking the person who is sighing and fanning the air in front of their face is usually an ex-smoker...
Yes she is writing from her experiences, and many of her escorting ones are not good.
But many girls have not been abused, have chosen this work freely, are not looking to gain some kind of power over men.
I really hope she is able to find peace, to discover a fulfilling and happy sexual life. But stopping escorting and writing about it, though cathartic and a step along the path, does not mean she has arrived.

The final thought that I would like to add after my previous posting is that one can also find many other escorts who have retired to a healthy balanced life. I for one know many of those escorts and am still on friendly terms with them. This is what I meant by all of us being unique and individual with what we perceive within ourselves and the experiences we draw from certain things in life. Also making choices based on what we feel content to live with we are all different and have different needs etc etc.
I am not sure occupation has a relevance here at all as someone who is a professional could be equally mixed up from previous experiences and they could very easily end up in a profession they hate or that could destroy them.

I'm not going to cover shit with whipped cream here, just because the person concerned suffered some hardship through her life. Most of us did too.
This lady didn't seem to have any other life experiences except those she was manipulated into. For manipulation you need two people though - the manipulator and someone who allows themselves to be manipulated. That's all she learned in life and she says it in her blog, that she became the perfect manipulator herself. That is what she's doing now - more manipulation. This ain't going to help anyone except Ruhama.
I don't know why people cannot just mind their own business and let everyone else do what they want to do. I'm all for expressing feelings and opinions but you cannot get it into your head, that what some people happily do is wrong and then go telling everyone that they should think the same way you think.
If you had a bad experience, fine. Do what you need to do to overcome it but don't go around telling us that all other escorts are having a bad experience too and they just don't know it yet.
People, please, let everyone do what they want to do. That is the very base of a happy society. As long as we keep blaming others for making us feel the way we feel, we will only move in circles. It's ourselves who are responsible for the things we let ourselves feel inside, nobody else can make us feel a certain way.
I'm upset because it's turning out that altough 5 years into it, I had some illusions about this industry and I don't like a lot of what I learned lately. However if there is something valuable to learn, then that is one thing - we are all different, we perceive things differently and we have to learn to accept others as they are and let them be who they are. Even if it's difficult for us to understand, where are they coming from.

It's just I've been really saddened by the whole thing and the scary truth is, that I can actually imagine myself acting the same way as DCG (however different my views and interests are).
I have great respect for her and I would have even greater respect if she was striving for a more objective view.
I'm just sad, that someone so strong and powerful decided to use her abilities to fuel her personal hatred and targets the whole industry rather than the actual cause of her troubles.
We are all more or less messed up anyway. I believe the way out of those circles our mind keeps us imprisoned in is, to try different things, give a go to everything you ever wanted to do and when it becomes clear to you, what your passions are, build up upon it and give back to society. That's what makes us feel fulfilled - doing something for others. And happy and fullfilled people don't go around telling other people what they should or shouldnt be doing, what way they should or shouldnt be.
I'm unhappy and unfulfilled so far in my life. I blame the school for it. Thats why I probably go around criticising people for not fulfiling my high expectations. But that doesnt mean I will be lobbying for closing the entire education system, just because my personal experience was a disapointment.
