The truth about A(nal)?

Before I begin, let me say I have the utmost respect for everyone who is involved in this trade. I realise that behind every ad and every sexy photo is a real woman, so I will be keeping generalisations to the minimum, though I suspect you all are aware that there are scam artists out there on both sides of the door, and so if I say something derogatory, it is them I speak of.
I have had anal sex with many ex girlfriends and lovers. I believe for first timers some preparation, some weeks in advance makes it comfortable and even enjoyable for both parties. A number of girls whom I have introduced to it have asked can we do it again further times, so I think if approached the right way more girls than one would think are open to it.
As I see it, it is rare to find an escort or working girl who offers it. There are some obvious reasons for this, one being, you never know how 'big' your client is going to be. A very well endowed client may be bigger than you are used to and it may hurt. Another reason is it is a very vulnerale position. To do it properly, the man should very slowly enter the female, allowing her muscles to expand. To be comfortable doing it you would need to trust your partner 100%. A sudden thrust by the male could hurt quite a bit. How many of the ladies here trust their clients 100%? You don't need to answer that.
However despite these obstacles some ladies do offer it. A former ex of mine loved it, the bigger the better, so obviously there are some girls who fall in to that category. There are some girls who basically click all the boxes on the "What will you do?" form of the website, simply to entice men into their rooms and then offer very little. I don't tend to go back to these girls, but for the girls who do enjoy it and offer it on their sites, do you often have it, and does it actually work?
I ask because I have been with dozens of girls, many who said they did it in their ad, but when it came to it either, didn't do it Her:"Opps that was a mistake", or did it but it cost quite a bit extra Me:"well if you had told me how much extra it cost I would have brought more money with me. You said yes on the phone but didnt mention it being extra" or it turned out I was too big Me:"While thats a very nice compliment, to hear I am too big, it is a bit disappointing". I am not massive by the way. Instead I reckon I am about normal and therefore smaller than i would like.
So ladies of EI. Does it actually occur with both partners happy with the outcome? Should I expect to find it or should I give up on doing it with a professional and just work on a casual acquaintance?
