Well I think I'd prefer if the law here was the same as in central europe, i.e. a free thinking society. That is, neither woman nor man is done for it!

Of course do not mean by that to condone trafficking at all. A more liberal legal position should prevent against things like that.

AND, in fairness, the primetime show repeated numerous times that over 700 escorts were profiled on EI - yet how many pimped escorts were shown?? 12. Plus the agency girls. But who books them....

but its most disapointing that when rte was filming this and the girls were in court did they not submitt fottage as evidence that the girls were not running the brothel but the pimp

it also highlights the failings in the guarda why charge the ladies not the pimp for brothel keeping ?
why is it so easy for my self and others and rte to be able to point out a pimp ring yet the guards cant and instead pray on two independants working together for saftey

Mmmm... if there was a way of knowing for sure that a girl wasn't independent I believe that MOST guys (the normal ones) wouldn't use their services. The trick is trying to figure out who is independent and who isn't. I'm relatively new to this escorting milarky, but I can safely say the connection between the seedy, underworld side and escorting is what really really really puts me off it. I'd LOVE to believe that all the independents advertising ARE independent, but I guess that's pretty impossible to insure. It's the easiest thing in the world for a pimp to edit a girls profile and say she's independent and tick all the right online boxes. I think the only way you really know is by establishing some sort of online interaction with the girl prior to seeing her and trying to get a feel for the situation. But really, at the end of the day, there really is no way to know. Maybe visiting her is the only way to know, but by then it's too friggin late. I mean of course I'd walk out if I got a hint of a problem, but still. It's just a sub standard system in total really!
EI need to police more I think. if they're making such vast amounts of cash then start a proper vetting programme.

If RTE can create a database like they say I am sure the Guards are way ahead as with all Prime Time programs you can be guaranteed Joe Duffy etc will get weeks out of this as was said earlier to the true independent Ladies here that give us those brilliant experiences and that detachment from reality you are amazing and to the other poor individuals my heart goes out too you. 24hours not always a guideline i have on mine as im an insonimca and can be up at weird times do i work 24hours do i fuck but im cud be available at anytime, just saying

Have to admit i was abit nervious watching it , as i actualy felt that they MAY film in the west where i am as its easy spot people coming and going in the towns here as they are generaly small town.

Like what? EI are dominant in this area and completely took over the market share of independents from another directory, which years ago, was more reliable than EI. The verification and review system on EI nowadays makes it the most reliable site. Nothing is infallable. But when you choose to visit an escort with many positive reviews, you're as gauranteed as you can be to seeing a proper independent. Failing a legal change, a registration system and even a union, as is the case in Amsterdam, I don't see how any further vetting system could come into place.
