Not at all. Don't be daft. I don't mind answering questions if I can. I had trouble answering one without giving out too much information is all. Hence the coment. It wasn't a serious one.

Accountant starts bugging me in August. He gets the paperwork first week in Jan if hes lucky

Plus, they changed the penalties September. Now it 100 for late return, plus interest, plus 10 pounds for every day of non compliance. Happy times for HRMC.

The ladies couldn't spend money if they didn't pay tax.
The tax man isn't stupid and it's more difficult to hide money than you might think.

If you don't pay tax you can't be seen to have anything and how do you explain your life style.

Tax on Escorting is a topic that comes up frequently here in the States...
many ladies make a point of filing- way the US system works everything is tied to your SSN (like a PRSI#)- every time you buy a car/house or take out any loan the lender checks your SSN.. & if you have no history it won't happen!! Lot more details but I'll spare you
A Las Vegas girl told me about her accountant who specializes in Escorts Tax Returns ... Remarkable just how many Massage Therapists there are over here...

This is very true. An escort I know has not had any visible means of income for 3 years and a demand for £40,000.. ish has just landed on her doormat. If she had filled in a tax return for those 3 years she could have paid a minimal amount and been worry free!
