Its totally safe dont worry just a bunch of idiots striking at the heart of british imperialism that is a tourist center ! Its a shame that with all the progress that has been made in Northern Ireland since the IRA were forced to realise that they were loosing and decided that politics were the only way forward. But there are still a few hell bent on causing disruption and scaring visitors to the country that are not used to the odd bomb.
Anyway it probably took all the pocket money they received for Christmas to pay for the explosives so we should be pretty safe until easter as im sure they have all asked for money and not easter eggs to further the struggle.

I would like to think that its safe enough there but who knows
A mistake is an opportunity to learn
hope they are safe, its so sad that a few are hell bent on dragging the rest back into the dark days of yester years when they should be looking at the future and planning a better life for themselves and others in Northern Ireland.
Is anywere safe bombs go off everywere in the world there has been more viable devices as they call them found in Dublin every day , yesterday evening going home the Bomb Squad passed me huge police escort on there way to another one out in Dun Laoghaire area.
Obviously when it happens up North it gets huge media attention. So is it safe of course it is.
Doesnt matter where in the world you are this can happen.
Yes it is......a great city it too
"Sex is not the answer. Sex is the question. Yes is the answer."
I would think that bombs would be the last thing on anyone's mind working in the sex trade up the North. I was reading again that the Police are arresting people again up there involved in this. And I keep hearing the words cross border co operation between both Police and Gardai.
And we are seeing a lot of activity now in the cities down South with the Gardai cracking down. I think it's only a matter if time before we see things get heavier down here. Certainly based on the amount of people working here and I appreciate it's Dublin I think it's only around the corner.
Thankfully the PSNI really only go after the people traffickers and tend to leave the genuine independant escorts alone and I support them in that 100%. Its very rare for a independant to have any major issues as long as they keep discrete and the peelers dont get complaints from neighbours about to many coming and goings at all hours of the day and night.
Im no great lover of the police having been a bit of a wild child in my youth but do have several friends that are serving PSNI officers and after the previous arrests last year I used it as a excuse to talk to a few of them about escorts. They all had the same opinion that independant girls are just trying to make a living and nobody is interested in giving them any hassle, but at the first sign of criminal involvment they will persue it.
