I noticed a few advertisers use pm's to make bookings

Highlight the name and click Private Message. If the advertiser has a link to the board name use that.

No you can still send the message.

No pedro... She does not need to be online at the time you send the PM. But bear in mind she does need to be a frequent visitor to the forum to make it worth your while to book in this way. On her profile you can see when she has last logged on, this gives an indication. Unless it is one of the wonderful girls that post on here i would use the ol' mobile phone bud.
