If I walked in on intruders in my house, I would scream like a girl!!!!

Fair play Aaaron. Unfortunately the law always seems to protect the criminal and not the ordinary man on the street! Fellas like that deserve a near fatal beating!

First. Thank you. Every scumbag needs to meet someone like you every now and then. Second, be careful what you say in your statement, it can be the main evidence against you. Best not to remember too much, except how angry you were at the time.

It's a trickey one ok. Understand your reaction but the law is so fucked up that you could likely be up for assault if that guy decides to press charges. Happened to a mate of mine a couple of years ago. 2 guys jumped him on the way home from the pub. Let's just say they picked the wrong guy. He got a conviction and probation

The taxi driver is on my side so thats a bit of help, he seen that the other guy gave me a good smack first..all i'll be saying is it was self defence and i was doing what any person would do protecting their house and family.. i'm preety happy i did go after them or otherwise they would of have gotten away with it lets hope i knocked some sense into him.. i cant knock the Gardai that came though either they understand like why i went all rocky on him but they havta follow up that gits complaint.

Fair play would have done exactly the same my self, unfortunately the law is an ass when it comes to this sort of thing where the scum bag has more rights than the victim it would appear. In my opinion these boys leave their rights at the door as soon as they brake and enter someone else’s property and they deserve what ever they get in my honest opinion

It's crazy ok. You know, if a guy breaks into your house, falls over, breaks a leg .......... he can sue off your house insurance !!!!
