The good thing about New Years Resolutions is that you get new ones each year

As Alex said you have to have the right reasons for giving up
Once you do decide to give up you stay away untill you over the urge to punt and hey presto! it's easy
Had a go at stopping a couple of times, never got very far... as to advice - put a pick axe through your computer!! It starts with - I'll just see what's being posted on the boards; goes on to - I'll just check who's in town; then - She looks gorgeous, maybe once for old times sake. And your back!!!
