Be careful when using it though. Use warm water and a little lube on the tip. Cold water can induce cramps, among other things. I usually fill this douche 4-5 times and hold it in for a few minutes before letting go. Then repeat the process. When the water is clean, you're good to go. There are plenty more helpful tips than mine online though, so do a bit of research first.
