There are risks with all sexual acts and you are not wrong in what you are saying but there are degrees of risk and IMO handling a fresh bloody tampon is a lot higher risk to putting your finger in a lady.. Maybe my opinion is wrong but I would stand by it..

In bareback sex you can infect the girl and that in turn puts me at risk if I meet the girl after you. If she sells you a used tampon then no way can you infect her. And that is really only one of many reasons.

But what if the lady selling you the tampon has something she has yet to detect, the guy that buys the tampon and does god knows what with it gets infected, goes out is with another lady infects her and then she could pass it on to you. See your argument can be turned on it's head

As long as you have no open wounds on the hand that is touching the tampon there is no risk of infection and how do we know maybe they wear gloves.

The problems arise when the skin is broken, and when bodily fluids come into direct contact, HIV can spread. However, for some STDs, the skin doen't need to be broken, and some of the worst are transmittable by unprotected oral sex. I have yet to see a thread actively against OWO or CIM.

The actual risks from handling a bloody tampon from a regularly tested escort are minimal compared to random oral sex from one night stands.

You may be offended, absolutely. However, there is always option of moving on.

There has been plenty of things that have offended me and I have as you say moved on, I just think it's a very unsafe practise and just because it's a fetish and has been requested doesn't make it safe,,
