Unbelievable phone manner

Hey guys , don't know if I'm even in the write place to discuss this but felt I needed to vent and discuss !!!

Well anyways I called Tyra in *removed* today , I previously pm'ed her to discuss prices and favorites and things and she was very pleasant and helpful ... But anyways when I called her today she was unbelievably rude , to the extent of shocking ! This is how the phone call went :
"hey is that tyra"
"yes it is"
"how are you today Tyra"
"I'm good"
"are you in *removed* at the moment Tyra?" (as she advertised she was)
"no I am not"
"oh but u advertised u are ?"
"I am driving at the moment"
"oh sorry ha , I meant are u working in *removed* at the moment?"
"what do u mean working????, I am not a fucking factory..."
*hangs up phone*

Ok so not only did I find this extremely rude but she wasn't one bit friendly at all when I called , very snappy and I thought I was being very polite , I used I polite friendly tone and she seemed so bitter and dis-interested !! How are u supposed to receive clients with this phone manner ! Feckin shockin is all I can say ! And I noticed I'm not the first to comment on her customer skills , another would-be client left a similar review on her page about her "people skills"
So anyways I just wanted people's opinions ... Do u think I was in the wrong ? Am I somehow being unreasonable ? Or is she just being a total c**t ? Lol
My opinion would be totally avoid unless u want to be barked at !!!

Maybe something bad you are not aware of happened, and you caught her at a bad moment.
Maybe you pissed her off without realising how. Break down in communication type of thing.

Call her back, apologise for the possibility of saying something wrong and try again.

Haha lol sounds like a plan indeed but I'm a man of pride , I don't feel I added anything to that that was in anyway offensive ! I think it might have just been a bad time , to be honest that's just changed my opinion of her so I might just look for something more pleasant

Im sorry now Euge but the guy has a point. There is no reason for a girl to be angry or rude just cos you cant understand her or hear her properly, especially if the guy himself is cordial... It would seem this girl has little patience at times... check this out from one of her reviews

Made appointment with Tyra for 3.30pm monday morning in Kilkenny.
As i like 2 get there early and find car parking i arrived at 3.10pm having driven 45miles.
I phoned at 3.10pn for directions only 2 be told that appoin. was 3.30, i said no problem that i would wait but she started 2 tell me 2go 2 a certain roundabout.
At this stage i found it difficult 2 understand her and politely asked could she speak slowly ,and 2 my shock she shouted

Now I know that a lot of the guys here have seen her and speak highly of her, but there is no need for this. It can be quite frustrating when a girl is attempting to give directions and just cant say street names or apartment names right. If I show patience so should she... Just having read her intro piece on her profile. The first part reads a bit like a gfe intro....."friendly", etc. Then one gets to her list of err "terms and conditions" one might call them, and she comes across as a very dominant or assertive type of character who takes no bullshit. I have to interject , this woman knew well what I was saying , she is fully fluent in English ! Mayb she was having a really bad day but then she shouldn't answer the phone , I'm not being harsh by posting this ! And yes I was very cordial and warm on the phone ! To be honest this just seems like a case of someone who's hates her job , trying to make ends meet is all ! After all , I am a "paying" clientele , I was asking a simple thing ! Unnecessary !!! I could have left a bad review but that would be too harsh ! Just a stern warning for others !
