Just done a quick check. Tunnel Bear give 500mb of download per month. If you send them a tweet you get an extra 1gig. It's easy to use; Download the software, then go to BBCi and watch what you like. When the download limit is reached the player stops working. I'll stop now as I'm beginning to sound like a salesman for TB
