There are those who differentiate, but the law does'nt. A brothel is a premises i.e. house, apartment or hotel room with is habitually used for the purposes of postitution by more than one person engaged in that activity. EbonyAmber and myself would seem to be of the same opinion that if Escort A works alone in Apartment X today, and Escort B works alone in the same apartment tomorrow, that it would then constitute a brothel. I am also baseing this opinion on the fact that I am aware of one escort who was charged and convicted of keeping a brothel although she was working alone there when they happened to raid the place..........so the assumption would have to be that they also had evidence of other escorts using the same location at different times.
