Only getting around to replying to this thread now. I've glossed over it briefly and to be honest, those 21 men took a ridiculously stupid risk, especially with escorts ready available. I think a few other posters mentioned the same thing, beggars belief that anybody would risk something like kerb crawling when there's a service like EI availble.
I can only imagine what wives, partners and children will be going through.

Is it not true to say that if the Police want to know what is going on all they have to do is look at this site.
Surely the technology is available that allows them to check mobile phone records , IP addresses , etc , so if there was a threat to what people do in their private lives and if this whole threat to what goes on would be quite easy for them to deal with.
I think discussing these things here only let's particular people see that people are worried.
If you just work within the laws that excist now you are fine , if it changes then you deal with that situation , it is the responsibility of both parties to make sure that nothing wrong is being done , if you get caught and charged then someone is at fault , that's the risk we all take.

Police didn't need to do much in this (Limerick) instance though. Dress up a few of their females and wait for the men to approach. Not rocket science really and not an IP address in sight!

If anything were not encouraging it, ive looked on the street forum a few times and all i can see if people slating the idea and people that ask for good places are normally told to stick with the girls here
