hahaha normal person, well my iq is 75 and im proud of it im not english so i think i did a good job:P and do it yourself if u are so smart! And i did not go to college like others just the normal school! so what is your problem?

He meant it as a compliment of sorts lol....Dont know what youd call it really.
I think what he meant was just that he couldnt beleive your IQ is that, presumably because he thinks you are very smart
