Tell us what you think of the reviews system in general. Is it a good or a bad thing ? I think it'll be interesting to see how the escort and client see it from their respective points of view.

Personally I think it's a very valuable tool for the client doing his research. The only thing that would make me nervous is its' proneness to abuse as you said. It can ruin a girls reputation and that's despicable where it's not deserved.

I always give as honest a review as possible and I'd like to think other reviewers do likewise. Known or suspected abusers should be banned from reviewing, end of.

I agree that it is very valuable. We are told that 90% of punters dont look beyond the pix on the profile page and if that is the case, I doubt if an escort's business is ruined by a bad review. Also.I think if an escort responds in a reasonable way to a bad review , it can work very much in her favour. It is when she doesnt bother that it would concern me.

Think reviews are HUGELY important, both for clients and escorts.

Would, however, like to see some kind of ranking / rating system - the good/neutral/bad doesn't differentiate between the good, the great and the truly f**king exceptional!

Also think references should be visible to judge their credibility.

One thing I feel is that why a user is banned should be shown or have a link.
At the moment someone who self bans, someone who gets banned from the boards for an argument but is genuine and fake reviewers all appear identically.
It might make it easier for somebody to deicide how much credibility to give a review.
Also if there were ratings I would say have them appear at the end of the review so that people get the reasoning behind the rating, rather than seeing a number and not readimg the review.

I would like to see the review system streamlined to a drop down choice menu, I find the essays that some users write does little to enlighten anyone else but show how many words they can write. Also some of the details are being quoted by anti escorting groups to show how "bad" escorting is. If it was "are pictures accurate? y/n, all favorites offered y/n, etc etc, it would allow us to see who to visit and who to avoid without providing ammo to our opponents.

That's a very good suggestion. Perhaps the existing selection of drop down menu items could be expanded upon if necessary to include things like how welcome you felt, how hygienic was the date etc. Then all reviews are measured on a more uniform basis than text which can be subjective for both writer and reader.

Thats an interesting take Doodle but I wouldnt agree with it. Very often you can pick up helpful nuances from the narrative which you cant do from drop down yes/nos. I thin k its good that the reviewer must include certain info but his own personal take is important, particularly if he is reviewer you trust.
