This is the age old problem. We have no desire to ask anyone for their bank details or any other personal info, but how can we pay cash to winners without such info? This is why we are forced to consider vouchers etc instead.

It is difficult to see how a prize of say a "dinner date" could be construed in this manner. Who or what is for dinner can be decided between the winner and chosen escort. There may need to be a panel of escorts who agree to this. Whether an escort or a client wins, the cost to E-I would be in free advertising for a time for the escort.
