What puts you in a good mood?
For me its a random act of kindness and watching programmes such noel's xmas presents . Seeing or reading about someone winning a few quid or getting a bit of luck.
The main one is when an Escort has been really good too me

Random acts of kindness does it for me too. Anytime, everytime.
Listening to favourite music is really a powerful emotional tool for me, so if I want to get in good mood or avoid a bad mood, I have to go to my happy music only. Still, sometimes I get melancholic if the songs belong to better times
Certain TV shows and movies do that too but it's getting rarer and rarer these days.
Seeing someone I like or even love smilling or being nice around me it's also a guarantee bad mood stopper.
Pets, in particular cats and dogs make me happy too. I don't remember having too many bad moods when I was a proud owner of a little furry ball (or should I say when the cat was the proud owner of me)
